The crew including Wendy, Jimmy, Alex, Martin and Billy packed up the truck they were personable & helpful. Jay the owner did the delivery himself, he was an excellent communicator on his eta delivery of our furniture and personal items he was very friendly and personable throughout the entire process. First Rate Moving was truly exceptional. Downsizing from the family home where we raised our four children for over 25 years was emotional and challenging, but Jay and his team made the entire process so much easier. They treated every item with extraordinary care and patience, and they were incredibly supportive as we figured out how to fit our furniture and memories into a smaller home.
